Barry Callebaut Group has opened a new office and a new Chocolate Academy center in Beijing, China, its second in the country.

The Hershey Co. has released action plans against deforestation under the company’s commitments as a founding member of the Cocoa & Forest Initiative. 

Schokinag has installed a new chip production line with a capacity of 3 tonnes per hour. The Mannheim, Germany-based company has also installed a white chocolate production line that’s set to begin regular operation this month.
