In honor of National Jelly Bean Day (April 22), Jelly Belly unveiled its newest creation Tuesday - the Jelly Belly Jewel Collection. These gem-inspired candies shimmer with an iridescent sheen, making them almost too beautiful to eat. Almost.

The new collection includes the following flavors: Jewel Blueberry, Jewel Bubble Gum, Jewel Sour Apple, Jewel Cream Soda, Jewel Berry

Blue, Jewel Orange and Jewel Very Cherry.

“The appearance is so gorgeous that it has applications to all kinds of fun parties and celebrations,” says Tomi Holt, director of communications for Jelly Belly. “Consumers can match the color palette of their event to the new beans and create something elegant.”

The true-to-life flavors can be mixed and matched to create the right gift, centerpiece or favor for any occasion. From weddings to baby showers to birthday parties, the Jewel Collection gives any celebration a little more luster.

The Jelly Belly Jewel Collection is available online and at the company’s visitor and tour center in California. The candies will be available nationwide at candy stores, gourmet food, gift and specialty stores beginning in May.
