Scharffen Berger Chocolate Maker has debuted a new 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate with Raspberries and Sea Salted Almonds bar. It combines smooth, mellow dark chocolate with tart red raspberries and the satisfying crunch of lightly salted, chopped almonds and will be available in 3-oz. and 1-oz. bars.
The chocolate maker is also making three of its other flavors available as 1-oz. bars, including:
- 72 percent Cacao Dark Chocolate with Sea Salted Pistachios combines the unique nutty taste of roasted, chopped pistachios and the silky smooth intensity of dark chocolate with the subtle tang of sea salt.
- 72 percent Cacao Milk Chocolate with Toasted Coconut & Macadamia blends the intense notes of caramel and molasses in luscious milk chocolate with toasted coconut and chopped macadamia nuts.
- 41 percent Cacao Milk Chocolate with Sea Salted Almonds complements the rich, creamy milk chocolate with chopped, roasted almonds and a sprinkling of sea salt.
As with all Scharffen Berger chocolate, the artisanal chocolate bars contain 100 percent cacao from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.
