GODIVA Chocolatier has named Caroline Le Roch as president of Americas, effective April 1.

In this new role, Le Roch will join the company’s executive committee and lead GODIVA’s expansion in the Americas by taking the iconic brand into new products and categories, accelerating its distribution channels, entering new geographies, and launching experiential GODIVA Cafés in key markets.

Le Roch joins GODIVA with nearly 20 years of sales, merchandising and global leadership experience. She led businesses in multiple countries across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. Most recently, she was interim managing director for L’Occitane. During her 13-year tenure at L’Occitane, Le Roch demonstrated exceptional leadership in defining the new vision and strategy for the brand. She is widely recognized for building an inspiring company culture and expanding growth opportunities across multiple channels.

“We are excited to add Caroline’s incredible leadership and market knowledge to our team,” said GODIVA CEO Annie Young-Scrivner. “She has extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams across channels and geographies, which will be invaluable to us as we grow our business fivefold over the next six years.

“Caroline is also a true believer in developing talent, which aligns perfectly with the tremendous value we place on investing in our people so that they can realize their full potential. Her track record of accelerating growth and her understanding of the Latin America market will also enable us to successfully broaden our reach throughout the Americas.”

Born and raised in France, Le Roch holds a master’s degree from La Sorbonne in Paris and is fluent in French, English and Spanish. Le Roch has a passion for giving back to her community and lives in New York with her husband and their two young children. She will be based in GODIVA’s New York City headquarters.

“I am delighted to join the GODIVA team and be part of such a beloved global brand,” Le Roch said. “After many years in the fast-growing beauty industry, I am looking forward to this intriguing change to F&B and bringing my experience and knowledge to GODIVA, especially at such a pivotal time for the brand. I look forward to partnering with the company’s talented and passionate teams to ensure the GODIVA brand achieves unprecedented growth and creates more wonderful moments in the lives of our consumers.”
