Askinosie Chocolate did the impossible — handcraft a bar made from dark chocolate blended with real peanut butter.

Askinosie Chocolate sources all its cocoa beans from farmers across the world. This particular bar is made with beans from a female farmer group in Mababu, Tanzania. The peanut butter is all-natural as well, sourced from craft spread maker Big Spoon Roasters. The two flavors are mixed together to create the taste of a peanut butter cup.

“We worked tirelessly on this bar for over a year,” Askinosie Chocolate founder and ceo Shawn Askinosie says. “We’re proud that we’ve accomplished creating a bar so many told us wasn’t possible, and we’re excited for chocolate and peanut butter lovers everywhere to enjoy it.”

Askinosie Chocolate labels its products as Authentic Single Origin Chocolate and shares profits with farmers. The bar should also appeal to those with dietary concerns, as it is Certified Kosher D.E., vegan and gluten free.
