Big League Chew launches special-edition shoe collection with New Balance
Collection celebrates National Bubble Gum Day.
New Balance, in partnership with Big League Chew, has launched a special-edition collection of shoes in celebration of National Bubble Gum Day this month.
The collection includes baseball and fastpitch cleats, FuelCell Echo trainers, slides and graphic tees available to purchase on Feb. 28 at newbalance.com, as well as online and at select DICK’S Sporting Goods stores.
“Bubble gum and baseball have always been the perfect pair, and now with New Balance, that includes the perfect pair of shoes,” said Rob Nelson, Big League Chew inventor. “New Balance has done an incredible job of bringing our iconic Big League Chew characters to life. I look forward to seeing fans and ballplayers of all ages enjoy the gift of bubble gum fun.”
The New Balance and Big League Chew collection features color schemes inspired by the gum, including Outta Here Original, Ground Ball Grape, Big Rally Blue Raspberry and Swingin’ Sour Apple. The 4040v5 baseball cleat, the Fuse v2 fastpitch cleat and the FuelCell Echo come with a custom Big League Chew stay-fresh footwear pouch.
