Dan Kazmierczak has joined JB Cocoa as technical sales director for its line of quality cocoa products, including a full spectrum of cocoa powders, Taste of Origin cocoa liquor and cocoa butter.

 

Kazmierczak has 18 years of experience in the food industry, with 12 in cocoa and chocolate. He previously worked for Blommer Chocolate Co., Barry Callebaut, Nestlé and Barchemy, and has worked with many customers in the areas of technical applications, product development and process improvement. 

 

Kazmierczak lives in the Chicago area and holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing technology and management and a master’s degree in manufacturing technology and operations from Illinois Institute of Technology.
