Rousseau Chocolatier debuts Dark Chocolate Collection

Canada-based Rousseau Chocolatier is introducing a collection featuring dark chocolate. Crafted in-house and presented in the company's signature plastic-free packaging, each piece is created to showcase the depth, richness, and complexity of dark chocolate, the company says.
Featured flavors include:
- Dark Salted Butter Caramel: A dark chocolate-infused caramel, elevated with sea salt.
- Lavender Caramel: Silky caramel, infused with locally grown lavender.
- Lemon: Tangy white ganache made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and zest.
- Blueberry Tea: Dark ganache infused with Mahone Bay Wild Blueberry Tea.
- Dark Feuilletine: Rich hazelnut praline paired with crispy wafers.
- Vanilla Bean: Dark ganache made with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla bean paste.
- Dark Sea Salt: Dark ganache finished with a delicate touch of sea salt.
- Raspberry: Dark ganache made with real raspberries.
Consumers can pick up the collection from Rousseau's downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia store, or order online. The suggested retail prices are $10.00 CAD (box of four); $23.00 CAD (box of ten); $44.00 CAD (box of 20); and $82.00 CAD (box of 40).
