Rousseau Chocolatier introduces Nova Scotia Collection

Canadian-based Rousseau Chocolatier has debuted its Nova Scotia Collection. The brand says it is honored to work alongside local growers, artisans, and producers, who share its passion for quality and sustainability, and the new collection is a love letter to the province, "crafted with care using the finest ingredients our region has to offer."
Each chocolate aims to capture the richness of the Nova Scotian landscape and the spirit of its community, . In addition, the collection is designed in-house, and presented in 100% plastic-free packaging.
Featured chocolates include:
- Espresso: Made with beans from Java Blend.
- Lavender: Infused with Nova Scotia lavender from Seafoam Lavender Farm.
- Rose Petal: Crafted with wild rose petal flavor, hand-harvested by Fred Dardenne of FD Wild Foods.
- Maple: Created with Davison’s Maple Syrup, a Nova Scotia tradition for over 100 years.
The collection is available in a box of four ($10.00 CAD), box of ten ($23.00 CAD), or box of 20 ($44.00 CAD).
