Stars create Sweet Stash 'Jams'
Two musicians and an actor have teamed up to develop a clean-label gummy.

Sweet Stash “Jams” are a new a gummy candy developed by multi-platinum musicians Ezra and Adeev Potash (The Potash Twins) and actor Martin Starr.
The product is positioned as a bold, clean-label alternative in the gummy category, crafted without artificial ingredients.“We want to create the kind of candy we’ve always dreamed of—a perfect harmony of flavors and textures,” say Ezra and Adeev Potash. “We grew up with horns in one hand and candy in the other. Sweet Stash is what happened when we stopped choosing between the two.”
Each 3 oz bag of Sweet Stash “Jams” includes six fruit-forward flavors and a chewy texture developed over years of testing. The gummies are made with organic cane sugar, organic tapioca syrup, natural flavors, and plant-based colors. They are non-GMO, gluten free, and free from artificial colors, corn syrup, and synthetic ingredients.
To bring the concept to life, the trio partnered with candy scientist Tessa Porter, former head of innovation and technology at Ferrara and a key developer of Nerds Gummy Clusters. Her expertise helped shape a product that balances punchy flavor with clean ingredients and a satisfying chew.
“This isn’t about slapping our names on a brand,” says Martin Starr, known for roles in Freaks and Geeks, Silicon Valley, and Tulsa King. “It’s about creating something that’s actually good—something people want to eat again and again. That’s what we’ve done with Sweet Stash.”
Sweet Stash also aims to support arts education. A portion of profits will fund programs for youth in music, theater, film, and other creative disciplines. The company is actively seeking nonprofit partners aligned with its mission.
“At Sweet Stash, we believe candy should do more than just taste good—it should do good, too,” says Starr. “We’re building something that’s fun, flavorful, and gives back.”
Sweet Stash “Jams” is produced in Omaha, NE, and will be available online and in select retailers.
