Mars offers Halloween treats for people, pets

Mars Inc. has introduced its first-ever Mars Tails & Treating packs for Halloween. The limited-time offering includes Mars confections for humans and a variety of treats for dogs and cats.
According to a recent Ipsos and Mars survey, approximately 43% of U.S. pet owners plan to include their pets in Halloween festivities this year. Inspired by this trend, Mars is offering a seasonal pack that features products from its diverse portfolio, including M&M's, Snickers, Skittles, Pedigree, Temptations, and Greenies.
“As a family-owned company, at Mars we know holidays mean more when we can celebrate together,” says Tim LeBel, chief Halloween officer and president of sales at Mars Wrigley North America. “We're excited to give Americans the chance to extend spooky season celebrations to their beloved pets with our Mars Tails & Treating Packs — a first-of-its-kind product innovation that only a company like Mars can offer.”
Each pack includes:
- Five share-size bags of Milk Chocolate M&M's
- Five full-size Snickers bars
- Five share-size bags of Skittles Original Fruity Candy
- One pack of Greenies Dental Treats for dogs (size Teeny–Large)
- One pack of Greenies Cat Dental Treats
- Three packs of Pedigree Drizzlers Savory Sauce (assorted flavors)
- One box of Temptations Lickable Spoons treats for cats
- A Spooky Seven Layer Dip recipe from Ben's Original, plus an exclusive discount code
Candy and pet treats are packaged separately to ensure safe storage and consumption.

To support its Mars Petcare purpose, "a better world for pets," Mars is donating $10,000 to the Pedigree Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping adoptable dogs find loving homes.
Mars Tails & Treating Packs are available now at marstailsandtreating.com for $10.31, while supplies last. Sales tax will be applied at checkout and will vary by state.
