NCA reveals 11th Future Leadership Program Class
The 2026 roster include personnel from Storck, Ferrara, Blommer, and more.

The National Confectioners Association (NCA) today announced the eight industry professionals selected for the 2026 Future Leadership Program. The program is dedicated to helping young professionals across the confectionery industry access networking and professional development opportunities to gain career experience.
“The Future Leaders embody the passion, ingenuity, and commitment that define the confectionery industry,” says John Downs, president and CEO of the National Confectioners Association. “Through the Future Leadership Program, we’re equipping the next generation with experiences and connections to make a lasting impact. I’m excited to welcome this impressive class and work alongside them in shaping our industry’s future.”
The 2026 class includes:

- Ashley Giovinazzo, Senior Manager, Regulatory, Ferrara
- Ginny Landt, Technical Sales Manager, Mantrose-Haeuser Co., Inc.
- Sarah Mann, R&D Manager and Product Expert, Barry Callebaut Group
- Regina Melton, Business Manager, CSN | HWY Partners - Premier Specialty
- Rachel Quiring, Sustainability Manager, Blommer Chocolate Company
- Brantley Taylor, Client Development Manager, Burdette Beckmann, Inc.
- Andrew Zoll, Region Director, Convenience, Mondelēz International
Launched in 2016, the Future Leadership Program provides support, education, access, and opportunity to young professionals wanting to develop leadership skills and grow their careers in the confectionery industry. Participants are matched with a highly regarded industry leader as a mentor. They are also invited to attend NCA’s signature events and other industry gatherings, including the State of the Industry Conference, Sweets & Snacks Expo, NCA’s Leadership Summit, the Washington Forum, and Candy Hall of Fame weekend.
