Flexible packaging solutions supplier Pac Machinery Bags and Materials has announced the opening of a new West Coast distribution center, effective this month. This expansion will allow Pac Machinery to better serve customers on the West Coast with faster deliveries and reduced shipping costs on select bags and materials for automatic bagging equipment, the company says.

The new facility will stock Pac Machinery’s most popular stock bags, compatible with any brand of automatic bagger, reportedly providing customers with convenient access to the packaging supplies they need.

“Shipping costs and delivery times have long been a challenge for our West Coast customers,” says Greg Quinn, general manager of the Pac Machinery Bags and Materials business. “By adding this new distribution center, our team will ensure that high-quality stock bags get out to our customers in a more economical and efficient way.”

Pac Machinery’s bags currently ship out from its Milwaukee, WI manufacturing and distribution facility that was just recently certified ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System. With the new West Coast distribution center, the company aims to reinforce its commitment to responsive service, cost savings, and customer satisfaction, it adds.
