Hammond's launches holiday chocolate bar collection
The confections will be released for the 2026 Christmas season.

Hammond’s Candies, an American confectioner since 1920, has announced the launch of its first-ever Holiday Chocolate Bar Collection, marking a major milestone for the brand, it says. Building on the continued success of its Candy Cane Crunch Bar, Hammond’s is expanding its seasonal chocolate portfolio with three new holiday flavors, refreshed packaging, and a cohesive collection designed to drive excitement at retail for Christmas 2026, the brand adds.
The Holiday Bar Collection features four flavors crafted across milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and white chocolate, each made with indulgent fillings and/or inclusions that aim to deliver rich texture, flavor depth, and an elevated eating experience, the brand notes:
- Candy Cane Crunch – dark chocolate with crunchy peppermint inclusions (a rerelease but with refreshed packaging)
- Cherry Cordial – white chocolate with cherry, chocolate cookie, and rich dark chocolate filling (new)
- Gingerbread – dark chocolate with gingersnap cookie pieces (new)
- Mexican Hot Cocoa – milk chocolate with warm cinnamon, vanilla, and subtle chili heat filling (new)
Candy Cane Crunch returns as a proven holiday bestseller, now featuring updated holiday graphics that enhance shelf impact while preserving the nostalgic charm consumers expect from Hammond’s, the brand says.
“This is the first time in Hammond’s history that we’ve launched a true chocolate bar collection for the holidays,” says Angie Riski, VP of sales, Ampersand Brands/Hammond's Candies. “Candy Cane Crunch has been a standout seasonal performer, and expanding it into a full Holiday Bar Collection—across milk, dark, and white chocolate, with indulgent fillings and inclusions—allows us to deliver a more premium, giftable, and impactful seasonal offering for retailers.”
The collection reportedly received rave reviews at ECRM, with buyers responding strongly to the festive flavor profiles, premium chocolate variety, indulgent textures, and merchandising flexibility. The bars are suitable for front-end displays, stocking stuffers, gift sections, and holiday shippers, making them easy to place across multiple store environments, the company adds.
In addition to the new Holiday Bar Collection, Hammond’s continues to build momentum across its broader chocolate portfolio, now offering 24 flavors in its everyday chocolate bar assortment and actively expanding its seasonal collections to strive to support year-round innovation and incremental growth for retail partners.
The Hammond’s Holiday Chocolate Bar Collection will be available for Christmas 2026.
