The brand generally has both fruit-shaped confections and "kids"-shaped candy, and the new product combines both of these in one.

The new packaging began rolling out nationwide in summer 2024, and is now widely available.

By offering consumers the option to reuse the packaging, the company addresses the urgent issue of plastic pollution in the United States while providing convenient storage solutions.

PulPac and Lakrids by Bülow unveiled their collaboration on a Dry Molded Fiber outer shell packaging for the brand's 2024 Large Advent Calendar.

The initiative is part of Mondelēz International’s efforts to pack "light and right" in service of its global sustainable packaging goals.
