Award-winning premium chocolate brand Norman Love Confections recently opened a chocolate and dessert salon in Fort Myers, Fla. 

 

“We are celebrating 15 years in business in Southwest Florida this month, and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with the opening of our fourth Chocolate and Dessert Salon,” says Norman Love, founder and ceo of Norman Love Confections. 

 

The 1,700 sq.-ft. salon offers indoor and outdoor seating for dine-in as well as take-out options. Artisan gelato, coffees, baked goods, novelty products and a new Signature Pastry Collection are available in addition to its premium chocolates and desserts. 

 

The new Signature Pastry Collection includes tiramisu, fruit tarts, raspberry domes and caramel towers. A fall pastry collection offers pecan tarts, pumpkin cheesecake, caramel apple bars, lemon-hazelnut verrine and milk-spiced lattes.

 

“Our new artisan pastries are made fresh daily inside our Fort Myers pastry kitchen, where our team of pastry chefs has perfected light flaky crusts filled with the freshest fruits and other fine ingredients,” says Ryan Love, pastry chef at Norman Love Confections.

 

During the holidays, gift boxes with 10 signature flavors including Cranberry Apple Biscuit, Pumpkin Pie and Mulled Cider will be available. Holiday-themed gifts including gift boxes, gift baskets, personalized gifts and limited edition desserts will be up for order.

 

“Often, taste is tied to tradition, so it’s not surprising that our holiday flavors bring up cherished memories of baking gingersnaps with grandma or roasting s’mores around the fire with family,” Love says.

 

In 2017, Norman Love Confections will release its Valentine’s Day Collection Perfect Pair. Chocolate will be combined with an assortment of the chocolatier’s signature flavors including Raspberry Champagne, Coffee Hazelnut, Lemon Raspberry and more. The assorted chocolates will be available in gift boxes or a limited-edition, heart-shaped gift box. Preorders begin Jan. 23 and the collection will also be in-store at the Fort Myers, Naples and Estero, Fla. locations.
