Peeps & Co. is opening a third retail store and this one is in its hometown of Bethlehem, Pa.

Just Born, Inc, which manufactures Peeps, Hot Tamales, Mike and Ike, Peanut Chews, and TeeneeBeanee, has signed a lease for a location next to the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, according to a press release from the company.

“Lehigh Valley residents and the thousands of visitors to our region will be treated to an engaging experience where our fans can enjoy their favorite candy brands all year long,” says Marvin Cooper, v.p. of Just Born’s Peeps & Co.

Like the two other stores - which are in Maryland’s National Plaza and the Mall of America - this store will offer branded items, including apparel, accessories and gifts in addition to selling candy. The store also will feature distinct areas highlighting each Just Born, Inc. brand.

Ellie Deardorff, spokeswoman for Just Born, Inc., says the Sands Casino Resort was a prized site for this store.

“We’ve been looking for a location in our hometown and we are very excited to have found this location,” Deardorff says.

The store is expected to open in February.
