Goo Goo Cluster opens retail location in Gatlinburg
The new brick-and-mortar store is the company's first outside of Middle Tennessee

Goo Goo Cluster has opened a new retail location in downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee, marking the brand’s first brick-and-mortar store outside of Middle Tennessee. The shop is located at Reagan Terrace Mall, a shopping center that includes boutiques, restaurants, and attractions.
The 1,000-square-foot store offers a range of products including Original, Pecan, and Peanut Butter Clusters, along with seasonal items, truffles, Lil’ Goos, hot cocoa mixes, and branded merchandise. A Design Your Own experience, first introduced at the Nashville flagship, will be available in the coming weeks. The interactive kiosk allows visitors to customize their own candy bar by selecting from a variety of ingredients.
“We’re excited to officially join the Gatlinburg community,” says Laurie Spradley, president of Goo Goo Cluster. “The Smokies have long been on our radar, and we look forward to connecting with both longtime fans and new customers.”
Founded in 1912 by Howell Campbell Sr. and Porter Moore of Nashville’s Standard Candy Company, Goo Goo Cluster is known for its combination of caramel, marshmallow nougat, roasted peanuts, and milk chocolate. The company is recognized as the originator of the combination candy bar format.
Chad Netherland, president and CEO of the Gatlinburg CVB and Chamber of Commerce, says the brand’s focus on family-friendly offerings and quality aligns well with the local community.
