Shaq expands candy line with sneaker shapes
The new variety joins the existing Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies in O'Neal's likeness.

Shaquille O’Neal, who describes himself as the “biggest kid in the candy store,” is opening a new chapter of his candy brand with the launch of Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies in sneaker shapes. The new variety joins the existing Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies shaped like O'Neal's face, which debuted in 2024 in partnership with The Hershey Company. The sneaker-shaped gummies are now available at retailers nationwide.
Designed to reflect O’Neal’s larger-than-life personality and shoe size of 22, the XL-sized gummies come in three bold flavors: mango (orange), lime (green), and strawberry (red). The new shapes pay tribute to O’Neal’s SHAQ Footwear brand and are modeled after his best-selling sneakers. They join the existing Original and Sour face-shaped varieties.
Shaq-A-Licious XL Gummies first launched in 2024 and quickly became Hershey’s top sweets release of the year, selling more than 11 million units. The line was ideated, developed, and taste-tested by O’Neal, and has gained traction for its oversized format, vibrant flavors, and playful shapes.
“Shaq-A-Licious started with a big idea—make candy that’s bold, fun, and full of flavor. Now we’re stepping it up with sneaker-shaped gummies and three wild new flavors for gummy lovers everywhere,” says O’Neal. “I’ve been part of this from the start, from the flavors to the shapes, and I’m proud of how far we’ve come.
