Mez Foods rolls out dairy-free peanut butter cups
The candy is made from mesquite, a naturally sweet ingredient, and is cocoa-free.

Mez Foods, a Chicago-based brand that makes candy using mesquite (a naturally sweet, regenerative ingredient), recently debuted its Mini Sweet M!lk Peanut Butter Cups, which contain zero cocoa or dairy.
The cups start with a chocolatey mesquite shell layered with notes of cinnamon, vanilla, toasted coconut, and caramel, with a peanut butter filling. They're available in one-pack, three-pack, and six-pack options, with 14 cups in each pack, and can be shipped nationwide. The MSRP is $12.99 for a one-pack, $37.99 for three packs, and $71.99 for six packs.
"We're excited for fans to dive into our new Mini Sweet M!lk Peanut Butter Cups as they're the next step in proving how special mesquite really is," says Ben Schultz, co-founder, Mez Foods. "They’re playful and satisfying, and they bring something new to the candy aisle without compromising on taste. Our updated packaging brings that same spirit to life. It’s a reflection of where Mez is headed and our belief that mesquite deserves a place on shelves and in people’s everyday routines."
