Wildwood returns to its roots with chocolate collection
The sweets represent a significant milestone for the confectioner, it says.

This September, Portland-based Wildwood will be launching The Woodland Collection, an elegant new line of personal-sized chocolate bars that invite deeper exploration into the botanical world that defines the brand, it says. According to the brand, this collection represents a significant milestone for the chocolatier as it continues to strive to redefine American craft chocolate with artistry, exploration, and a connection to nature.
Expanding upon the Wildwood world with new creatures of the forest to discover in each bar design, the collection is debuting with seven signature flavors: Berry Berry, Salted Brown Butter Texas Pecan Brittle, Orange Confit & Cherry, Yuzu & Roasted Brown Rice, Ginger Pistachio, Marcona Almond, and The Nib Bar.
According to the company, each approximately 55 g bar boasts the same quality that earned Wildwood recognition from Food & Wine's Top 50 Chocolate Makers, a recent Good Housekeeping Best Premium Chocolate award, and multiple Good Food Awards, now in a format designed for personal discovery and spontaneous indulgence.
