The HI-CHEW brand and New York City-based The Doughnut Project have teamed up to celebrate National Candy Month by launching Strawberry Squeeze, a doughnut that highlights the latest HI-CHEW flavor, Strawberry Lemonade.

The limited-edition Strawberry Squeeze doughnut features a lemon curd and strawberry jam filling. The exterior incorporates a HI-CHEW Strawberry Lemonade candy glaze, strawberry sugar, and a lemon twist garnish.

Earlier this year, HI-CHEW launched a new Fruit Combos Standup Pouch, featuring individually-wrapped Tropical Smoothie, Piña Colada and new Strawberry Lemonade, the winner of the 2020 HI-CHEW Fantasy Flavor Games.

The doughnut creation will be available from Thursday, June 17 to Saturday, June 19 at The Doughnut Project's West Village location (10 Morton St, NYC). The first 10 customers to purchase a Strawberry Squeeze doughnut each day will receive a free HI-CHEW Fruit Combos Standup Pouch.

Last summer, HI-CHEW and The Doughnut Project collaborated on the Watermelon Sugar HI-(CHEW) Doughnut, inspired by HI-CHEW’s watermelon chews.
