Vosges Haut-Chocolat is inviting its patrons to celebrate Lunar New Year with its Year of the Fire Horse Chocolate Collection.
Inspired by the rare Fire Horse lunar year—symbolizing passion, bold movement, and powerful success—this limited-edition collection features luxury chocolates crafted for adventurous palates, the chocolatier says.
The collection includes:
- Lunar New Year Truffles, $38: infused with jasmine, ube, matcha, and yuzu, which are reportedly flavors guided by the Fire Horse’s energy, intention, and momentum.
- Lunar New Year Blood Orange Caramel Marshmallows, $16: blood orange caramel marshmallows, enrobed in 62% cacao dark chocolate and finished with hibiscus.
- The Year of the Horse Gift Tower, $55: comprised of the Lunar New Year Truffles and the Lunar New Year Blood Orange Caramel Marshmallows.
