In her role, she will provide comprehensive legal counsel across the organization, supporting corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, intellectual property, and manufacturing-related matters, while advising on key strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Sellers served as VP and deputy general counsel at W.R. Grace & Co., where she provided strategic legal counsel across corporate governance, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, finance, and legal operations. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at The Hershey Company in senior legal roles, including chief counsel, global supply chain, antitrust, and ESG. Earlier in her career, Sellers served as VP and general counsel at Phillips Foods and Seafood Restaurants.

She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, Sociology, and Politics from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She is based outside Baltimore, MD, and her favorite Just Born candy is Peanut Chews.
