We recently talked to husband and wife duo Jordan Wiesen, COO, and Kim Wiesen, CFO, Iconic Candy, about trends in the hard candy category. 

The company tries to offer unique, non-traditional flavor profiles to excite consumers, and takes inspiration from adjacent industries (such as beverages and snacks) plus international flavors like lychee.
