Rotten unleashes chewy and crunchy confections
Tiniez and Chewerz both include 11 g of protein per serving, plus fiber.

Following the release of its Gummy Cruncheez, Rotten is launching its next round of modern versions of candy: Tiniez and Chewerz.
Winners of the 2026 Most Innovative Product award presented by the NCA at the 2026 Sweets & Snacks Expo, Tiniez are chewy, bite-sized candies with 11 g of protein per serving. The confection is available in both original and sour varieties, with Sour Tiniez covered in a sour powder. According to the company, the bites are also made with more than 40% less sugar than the conventional competitor, contain no artificial dyes, and include a hit of fiber.
Chewerz are Rotten's soft, juicy, box-shaped fruit chews covered with its signature tangy Cruncheez. Each bag includes four fruity flavors with over 50% less sugar, no artificial dyes, 11 g of protein, and 5g of fiber per serving.
“Our goal from day one has always been to rebuild the iconic candy we grew up loving using better ingredients,” says Michael Fisher, founder and CEO of Rotten. “The addition of protein is a huge milestone for us because it proves our commitment and belief that candy can evolve without losing the joy, nostalgia, and outrageous flavor that make people love it in the first place."
Both candies are now available at eatrotten.com and TikTok Shop plus Kroger stores, and will launch at Sprouts locations nationwide this September.
Rotten continues to challenge the candy aisle with products that deliver the nostalgia and flavor consumers crave without the ingredients they don’t, the brand says. Today, Rotten is available in more than 6,000 retail locations nationwide, including Sprouts, Giant, Kroger, Safeway, Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Zumiez, and more.
