Product Snapshot: Joining the delectable Simplebites line of gluten-free foods is the debut of Extreme Chocolate Mini cookies, mini morsels packed with a chocolate punch. These cookies are free of wheat, gluten and dairy and available in a resealable bag containing pie crust and cookie sandwich filling recipes.

Ingredients:Organic natural evaporated cane sugar, non-hydrogenated palm oil, rice flour base (brown rice flour, white rice flour, tapioca starch, sweet rice flour, xanthan gum), organic cocoa powder (contains alkali), eggs, gluten-free natural flavorings, grainless and aluminum-free baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, potato starch), sea salt, xanthan gum.
