MoreSergio Valle joins Allied Blending & Ingredients as regional sales manager in the bakery group.
In his new role, Valle will take responsibility for both existing and new sales of tortilla products, focusing primarily on serving the eastern side of the United States.
Valle comes to Keokuk, Iowa-based Allied Blending & Ingredients with extensive tortilla industry experience. He has held operation management positions at Lobo's Tortilla Factory, as well as sales and technical support positions at MINSA Corp., Cargill Foods and C&C Bakery, Inc.
