Exhibiting its latest versions at iba 2012 in Munich, Sept. 16-21 (Hall A6, Booth 324), Berndorf says its steel belts run in endless condition between two drums during each production step in its workshop. The result of this production method is perfect tracking and optimum belt straightness. This helps cut downtime that can result from tracking problems and damage, and extends belt life.

The iba booth will showcase various systems, such as the bernmatic BTRV belt adjustable tracking roller, which was developed with precise belt tracking ensured by vertical adjustment of the rollers. The active proportional belt tracking system monitors belt tracking continuously. A compact design provides for easy installation and startup.
