Product Snapshot: Risi brand, a division of Classic Foods, has launched a line of kettle chips inspired by age-old Mexican recipes and flavors. Papas Caseras Kettle Chips are homemade, golden potato chips that are slow-cooked to deliver a satisfying crunch. They come in four varieties: Habanero, which deliver a zesty, fiery taste; Adobadas, which are flavored with Mexico’s famous red chili marinade; Serrano, which have a spicy, tangy flavor; and Con Salsa, lightly salted chips that come with a packet of spicy La Guacamaya hot sauce.
