IMR is pleased to announce the date and venue for the next IMR Hydrocolloid Conference (17th) :- Charleston, South Carolina, April 28-30, 2013 at the Marriott Hotel. This year's conference theme is "Sustainability, Functionality and Awareness".  Conference details and registration forms have been posted on the IMR website. Links to previous IMR Conferences are also included.  The search for speakers and sponsors is now officially launched. Let us know of your interest in either aspect. Regular updates will be posted to the website as speakers, sponsors and attendees are developed.

The IMR conference has become a 'Who's who' in the world of hydrocolloids. A broad spectrum of topics is covered. Speakers and attendees form a premier networking group where 'deals are done' Your suggestions for specific presentation subjects are welcome. We hope to see you in beautiful and historic Charleston next April
