Mojave Mallows expands to Mother's Market
The brand is increasing its Southern California footprint.

Mojave Mallows, the only certified organic marshmallow brand on the market, is expanding its Southern California footprint with a launch at Mother’s Market & Kitchen this month. The AAPI-founded brand will now bring its better-for-you, handcrafted treats to Mother’s community of natural and organic shoppers across 11 locations throughout Orange County and Greater Los Angeles.
Founded by two sisters and former Girl Scouts, Mojave Mallows is on a mission to reimagine the nostalgic marshmallow with elevated ingredients and ethical practices. Each batch is handmade in California using USDA-certified organic ingredients and packaged in eco-conscious materials made from post-consumer recycled goods, and is slow-cooked for over 18 hours to achieve its signature softness and lower melting point, the company says.
Now available at Mother’s Market for $12.99 (4.5 oz), the lineup includes:
- Vanilla Bean – Speckled with real vanilla bean.
- Cocoa Dipped – Vanilla mallows finished with a dusting of rich cocoa.

This retail expansion follows Mojave Mallows’ debut at Erewhon last month and marks the next major milestone in the brand’s rapid growth.
