Hershey names chief human resources officer
Natalie Rothman brings more than 25 years of experience across different industries.
The Hershey Company has appointed Natalie Rothman as chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective August 18, 2025. Rothman will oversee Hershey’s global human resources function and report to president and CEO Kirk Tanner.
Rothman brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, including previous roles as CHRO at Inspire Brands and Advance Auto Parts. Her background includes work across consumer products, retail, foodservice, automotive, and beauty, with a focus on supporting hourly and frontline workforces.
“We’re pleased to welcome Natalie to Hershey,” says Tanner. “Her experience leading HR transformation and developing talent across large organizations will support our continued growth.”
At Inspire Brands, Rothman led modernization efforts through business process automation and AI tools. At Advance Auto Parts, she oversaw initiatives aimed at cultural change and capability building through technology-enabled solutions.
Rothman is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar and the Human Resources Policy Association. She currently serves on the boards of Udemy, Pearce Services, and holds advisory roles with Emory Goizueta Business School and New Mountain Capital.
