Werther’s Original has launched Gingerbread-Flavored Soft Caramels, a limited-edition product available nationwide beginning November 1. The seasonal item combines gingerbread flavor with the brand’s soft caramel base.

The caramels feature a Gingerbread Man icon and a soft texture consistent with the brand’s existing soft caramel line. The product is positioned for seasonal retail displays and holiday-themed merchandising.

“Gingerbread is a flavor that brings people together during the holidays, and pairing it with our rich, creamy caramel makes for the ideal seasonal indulgence,” says Kelly Cook, president at Storck USA, L.P.

The gingerbread flavor is launching alongside the return of Werther’s Original Cookie Butter Crème. The holiday collection includes:

• Gingerbread Flavored Soft Caramels: Soft caramels with gingerbread flavor.
• Cookie Butter Crème: Caramel exterior with speculoos-flavored cookie butter crème filling.

Both products are available for a limited time at retailers including Walmart, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Aldi, Albertson’s, Kroger, and Walgreens.
