Nassau Candy pops out Chocolate Soda Bars
The new treats will make their debut at Sweets & Snacks Expo this month.

Nassau Candy, manufacturer of specialty and private label confections, will debut its Nancy Adams Chocolate Soda Bar Line, among other chocolate creations, at the 2026 Sweets & Snacks Expo, at booth 1547.
Nancy Adams’ Soda Bars aims to bring the fizzy feelings and flavors of sodas to chocolate for a new experience, the brand says. Along with carefully curating the flavor profiles that instantly bring memories of soda floats, each bar contains popping candy to mimic soda’s "bubbles," it adds. The initial rollout of the Nancy Adams Soda Line includes such flavors as:
- Milk Chocolate Cherry Soda: Creamy milk chocolate blended with bright, sweet cherry flavor
- Milk Chocolate Cream Soda: Deep, sweet cream flavor blended with velvety milk chocolate
- Milk Chocolate Root Beer Soda: The bite of root beer blended with rich milk chocolate
- Milk Chocolate Lemon Lime Soda: A blend of bright lemon and lime flavors
- Shirley Temple Yogurt Bar: A creamy yogurt-flavored bar blended with spicy ginger and sweet cherry flavor
- Milk Chocolate Orange Cream Soda: The zing of orange and sweet cream with rich milk chocolate
Each bar features a wrapper with a nostalgic soda float feel. A vertical display allows the bars to be positioned next to one another for merchandising that inspires upselling, the brand adds.
“Our ability to bring factory-fresh innovation to market is driven by a highly connected team from merchants tracking trends, to sales teams deeply in tune with customer needs, to our product development and food experts,” says Dana Rodio, director of marketing and brand strategy at Nassau Candy. “Our new Nancy Adams Soda Bars play to the popularity and nostalgia surrounding soda, offering a new way for consumers to experience flavors they love. We’re excited to share these as well as preview some of the latest flavor profiles for our chocolate creations at Sweets & Snacks.”
In addition to the soda bars, Nassau Candy will also be previewing new flavor formulations for its creations like pretzels, almonds, and s’mores. These flavor profiles range from classic to on-trend, the brand notes. Some of the flavor profiles that will be demonstrated at the show include Cotton Candy, Key Lime Pie, PB&J, Root Beer, Cherry Cola, and S’mores.
All of Nassau Candy’s chocolate creations are made fresh in their Hicksville, NY factory.
