The strategic acquisition aims to bring clean-label energy to pair with the company's coconut water brand.

The partnership reportedly marks a return to family stewardship while reinforcing the operational foundation behind the business.

The new outpost aims to offer guests and locals a one-of-a-kind experience filled with whimsical design, candy-inspired gifts, and a selection of sweets from around the world. 

The brand is a joint venture between the co-founder and Switzerland-based Mastriani Chocolate.
