The National Honey Board notes honey is a natural sweeter that enhances flavor and prolongs shelf life in a variety of breads and rolls. Land O’Lakes Ingredient Solutions launched a reduced-fat, reduced-sodium process cheese to help food companies meet the demand for “better-for-you” products.
