Product Snapshot: This traditional German bread favorite is a rich loaf-shaped fruitcake with dried cherries, raisins and citrus peel. Flavored with natural almonds and vanilla extracts and iced with powdered sugar, the thaw-and-serve Stollen pairs well with coffee or tea.
Ingredients: Butter, enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), wheat flour, almonds, cottage cheese (cultured pasteurized non-fat milk, milk, cream, salt, stabilizers [guar gum, soy lecithin, xanthan gum, carrageenan, locust bean gum], carbon dioxide), sugar, seedless raisins, dried cherries, sour cream, donut sugar (dextrose, corn starch, palm oil, leavening [sodium acid pyrophosphate], maltodextrin, modified food starch, water, lemon oil, sugar, natural flavor), milk, eggs, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), bourbon vanilla extract, almond extract, rice starch, salt, lemon zest (lemon peels, sugar, natural flavor), orange zest (orange peels, sugar, natural flavor).
