IFT17 will take place June 25-28 at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas.
The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) has announced its featured sessions for IFT17, which include the premiere of the “Food Evolution” film, “Processed Food: The Good, the Bad and the Science,” a panel moderated by Washington Post columnist Tamar Haspel, and a presentation by Dr. Andrew Pelling.
