Seminar participants will be exposed to function of ingredients and processing techniques as they relate to the production of cookie and cracker type products.
Participants will also enhance their troubleshooting skills relating to cookie and cracker type products.
Hands-on Labs - You will learn the technical details of cookie and cracker production in morning lecture sessions, then get hands-on experience in AIB's pilot plant during afternoon workshops. Participants also receive a comprehensive course notebook for future reference.
