The National Confectioners Association (NCA) has released the education program for this year's Sweets & Snacks Expo, May 18-21 in Las Vegas. From category growth strategies to the latest on consumer behavior and innovation, this year’s education program includes must-attend sessions designed to give attendees a competitive edge, NCA says.
The org recommends attending the following sessions:
