Thirty students representing a variety of companies participated in the course, held Oct. 25-28 at Paulaur Corporation in Cranbury, N.J.

With this new training program, designed by instructional experts and based on neuroscience principles for adult learning, mid-level managers in the food supply chain can strengthen their knowledge in an easy-to-follow, modular format. 

The school, located in Pennsauken, NJ, introduces students to baking in hopes of creating industry careers.
