Product Snapshot: Certified organic by Quality Assurance International and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, this new line of hearty, premium breads is free from preservatives and artificial ingredients. It’s also packed with whole grain goodness and fiber. Consumers can choose from six varieties: Pomegranate & Blueberry, Green Tea & Goji Berry, 7 Grain & Fiber, 100% Whole Wheat, Spelt Ancient Grain and Yoga — a blend featuring cranberries and pumpkin seeds. The Baker brand also offers mini baguettes and seeded rolls.
