Trish Karter, chief executive officer of Dancing Deer Baking, has stepped down after 15 years, assuming the title of co-founder and Chairperson Emeritus. Industry veteran Frank Carpenito, who was hired as president and COO in 2008, assumed the position of president and CEO, effective July 1.
