Exact Packaging, Inc.’s Labeler was designed specifically for the Keypak vertical form/fill/seal packaging equipment and is ideal for labeling consumer packages such as snack foods and nuts. It operates reliably and consistently in even wet, salty and dusty environments and can be used to apply labels to the front or back of a package, including reclosable, primary, promotional and nutritional ones.
The Ross Series 700 High Shear Mixer, used for creating high-quality emulsions and dispersion, comes with interchangeable rotor/stator sets to control the level of shear and throughput. Cambridge, Inc.’s DuraLite belting is suited for all spiral cage applications, with turn ratios ranging from 1.0 to 2.8, the widest array possible for any one belt construction. The heavy-duty, wear-resistant stainless steel (WRSS) belt design features a 3-in. by 1 1/3-in. interior opening, making the belt two times stronger than rod-only designs. DuraLite also is 35% stronger than conventional 1-in. by 1-in. cage belts and 40% lower in weight.
