Product Snapshot: Angell Organic Candy Bars come in three different flavors, including Angell Crisp, Dark Angell, Snow Angell. All three have no artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, corn syrup or trans-fats. They are non GMO and are low in sodium. All ingredients are Certified Organic except for sea salt, while the chocolates and sugars are Fair Trade Certified. The Angell Crisp variety also is gluten-free; the Dark Angell is vegan.

Ingredients: Angell Crisp: Milk chocolate (cane sugar, whole milk, chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (an emulsifier), natural vanilla, tapioca syrup, brown rice crisp (brown rice flour, honey, calcium carbonate), vanilla extract, sea salt.

Dark Angell: Organic dark chocolate (organic chocolate, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin (an emulsifier), organic natural vanilla), organic tapioca syrup, organic oats, organic dry roasted almonds, organic dutch cocoa powder (processed with potassium carbonate), sea salt, organic almond extract.

Snow Angell: Organic white chocolate (organic cane sugar, organic whole milk, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin (an emulsifier), organic natural vanilla), organic tapioca syrup, organic oats, organic dried coconut, organic honey, organic coconut extract with other natural flavors, sea salt.
