Made with extra virgin olive oil, the Wheat & Oil Oil Demi Ciabatta has 12 g. of whole grains per serving. The Ancient Grains Demi Ciabatta delivers a variety of grain tastes and 16 g. of whole grains per serving. The Whole Grain Demi Baguette has the same overall flavor and interior texture as the company’s long loaf and 23 g. of whole grains per serving.
