IBIE adds exhibit space for 2013 expo

December 7, 2012

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) says all indicators suggest that the baking industry's largest international Baking Expo, scheduled to be held Oct. 6-9 at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, will break records again in 2013. Exhibit space reservations continue to track ahead with 34% more companies and 28% more net square feet compared to the same time period leading up to the 2010 show.

Currently, nearly 400 companies from across the grain-based food industry have signed up for space on the expo floor, including newcomers such as Baxter Manufacturing, Blodget Ovens, Canol, Doyon Nu-Vu, Fresh Origins and Packaging Progressions. Even with new space added, the availability of premium space is dwindling, according to IBIE. Companies that have not yet secured their exhibit space are encouraged to act quickly, as applications will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis.

Information on how to sign up for exhibit space is available at www.IBIE2013.com.
