Last chance to be a BakingTech 2015 speaker

The American Society of Bakers (ASB) is issuing a final call for papers for BakingTech 2015, to be held March 1-3 at the Chicago Hilton in Chicago.

Baking industry employees, managers, CEOs, consultants and all other industry professionals are encouraged to submit their proposals by Thursday, May 8, for an opportunity to give a 40-minute oral paper presentation. According to ASB, papers can focus on any subject, but those addressing the following topics have a greater likelihood of being accepted:

• Sustaining the future

• Employing the future

• Products of the future

• Manufacturing of the future

• Management of the future
