Product Snapshot: Lundberg Family Farms is launching its first-ever frozen product, Organic Grainspirations Arancini. These gourmet rice appetizers are currently available to retailers and distributors for pick-up, with target roll-out for consumers starting in June.
Crispy, indulgent, yet gluten-free, these frozen, stuffed rice balls are made with organic brown rice—cooked risotto style, then rolled in gluten-free breadcrumbs and lightly fried to perfection. Bake them in the oven for just 13-16 minutes and you’ve got the perfect last-minute dinner party app, or even a special weeknight treat! Each box comes with 10 arancini; SRP is $8.99.
Organic Grainspirations Arancini are available in three varieties:
- Gouda & Mozzarella: brown rice stuffed with cheese, heaven for cheese lovers
- Black Rice: unique, earthy flavor of black rice filled with savory cheese
- Gochujang: inspired by the popular spicy Korean cuisine, stuffed with peas, carrots, onions and sesame seeds
